¡Hola bellezas bíblicos! It's good to be home again for the summer. While on my mission trip in Ecuador for three weeks (post coming soon!), I was assigned the role of the Spanish dancer in or evangelistic drama. As the nostalgia is kicking in, I've decided to feature this piece on the blog in its honor.

I scored this floral maxi dress while vacationing in Canada this past May from H&M. Unfortunately, we don't have their stores where I live so I tend to go a little crazy when the opportunity arises to visit one.

Florals of any kind make me happy, and the flattering fit of this dress makes me even happier!! This particular print also comes in pants, cardigans, shorts and tank tops. For those sweltering summer days, there are two slits on either side that are comfortable and not too revealing. Pair it with a pair of Birks (or go barefoot), a couple of rings and you're set!

This half-bun hairstyle has grown in popularity over the past year from Pinterest and celebrities, but where I became fascinated with it is from my friend Lora. She pulls it off so well with her short hair and it's become her signature style. I decided to wear mine a little looser than she typically wears hers. Lora also just started a blog of her own!!!
